This Session Is In-person. I’m currently located in Redding, California
The Conversation (Interview): We’ll start with a heart-to-heart chat where you share your story, your questions, and your intentions for the session. This is our pre-flight check to ensure we’re aligned for the journey ahead. (Approx. 1-2 hours)
The Journey (Hypnosis): I’ll guide you into the Theta state—a natural, deeply relaxed space where your conscious mind steps aside. Together, we’ll explore relevant experiences (often past lives) that hold insights for your current life, then connect directly with your Higher Self to ask your questions and request healing. (Approx. 1.5-2 hours)
The Wisdom (Higher Self Dialogue): This is the magic moment—your Higher Self speaks through you, sharing answers, insights, and facilitating energetic healing. It’s like having a direct conversation with the universe itself.
The Return & Reflection (Debrief): I’ll gently guide you back to full awareness, and we’ll briefly reflect on the key takeaways. The entire hypnosis portion is recorded for you to keep, so you can revisit the wisdom anytime. (Approx. 15-30 mins)
